You have 30 days from the day that you receive your package to return the merchandise for a full refund, less original shipping charges. For exchanges, we will charge or credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise free of charge to the original destination within the domestic US.

Details of our policy:

1. We will credit you the full purchase price, any taxes, less the original shipping charges. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

2. For exchanges, we will charge or credit the price difference accordingly and ship the newly exchanged merchandise to the original destination free of charge within the domestic US.

3. The product(s) will be inspected upon receipt. All items must be in the condition in which you received them; brand new condition, unused, with the original box and packaging.

4. Items that have been used, worn, damaged, and/or altered will NOT be refunded or exchanged. Our guarantee does not cover accidental damage.

5. If the item that you ordered arrived damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will do our best to replace or repair the defective item as soon as possible. Any damage claimed after the 48 hours of receipt will be subject to our discretion.

6. Once we receive you package, we will credit the amount of the item to the original method of payment. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you will be issued and in-store credit for the amount of the item.
